Step 3. Coaching  Sessions - What to expect :

In your FREE Exploratory Session I will have spoken with you to find out:

• About you
• What you feel is lacking in your life – what you need help with
• What you are prepared to do about it

Then, if we are a good fit to work together, I'll send you a Coaching Welcome Pack with a Profile Questionnaire to further uncover your life needs.

Once I receive the Questionnaire back, I'll schedule a call or email to discuss particulars and book your sessions.

When we both agree and understand exactly what your needs are, you will pay for the agreed sessions in advance. I accept ALL major credit cards via Paypal® online. Wire-transfer direct to my bank is also available.

How I work

I work within pre-arranged, timed sessions and use my acquired skills and experience to observe, talk, listen, question and reflect back to you about your situation. Together we work through obstacles and options to select what feels most right, ensuring that everything you do brings joy and excitement to your life.

I offer two main methods of Coaching: Face-2-Face and Telephone.  Since coaching sessions can easily and effectively be conducted over the phone, you can be anywhere in the world. The phone is a great substitute for Face-to-Face coaching and works just as well, whilst releasing the cost of travel and other expenses . For Telephone Coaching, you call me at a pre-arranged time.

For Face-2-Face Coaching, you either come to my office in Barcelona or I travel to meet you at a mutually convenient time and place, with the cost of both our transportation being met by you.  Weekly email support is included.  The only thing I ask is that you have 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to concentrate on you, and that we are in a quiet place where you can talk freely.

For your convenience: I offer 4 different payment options for Coaching.

Advance payment is required and this is organised once you have communicated with me by email or phone and chosen your package: a), b), c) or d).  Plus, in each case, unlimited follow-up email support access is provided as required within the period of coaching.

a) A Coaching Set consists of 3 x 45-minute sessions per month at a cost of €297 per set.

One month of weekly email support on your specific issues - cost:       €95
