Your Privacy:
Best Move Forward gathers the following types of information about users:

1. Information collected by my Exploratory Session and Profile Questionnaire forms
This information is collected for the purpose of contacting users with a view to scheduling coaching sessions. The information collected in this way is used for no purpose other than this.

2. Information collected by Newsletter Subscription
Users to my site give me only their name and email address, which I use to send newsletters and information relevant to them. These details are used for these purposes only and are never shared with third parties. Information about un-subscribing is included in each email.  

3. Information collected by my "Send this to a Friend" Service
My users can choose to forward a link to my site to someone else by clicking "Send this to a Friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.
 

I use any information voluntarily given by my users only for the express purpose for which that information was intended and for that purpose only.

Sharing of Information
I use the above-described information to tailor my content to suit your needs, to provide information users request about my services and to provide support to my users and subscribers. I do not and will not ever share information about individual users with any third party, except where I am required to do so to comply with any applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of my users or the public.

Access to Information
