I spent the early part of my adult life travelling and experiencing the world; I also got married and divorced.  I tried to settle but, although I dreamed of changing my life and moving to a different country, I never seemed to find the right moment.  I kept thinking, "One day I'll do it - there's plenty of time". But fear took over and I stayed put.  'One day', however, did come - whilst I was recovering from an accident that left me unable to work for over a year and changed the course of my life. 

I suddenly understood that life is too short not to realise the truth of who you are and to live - and take action on - your dreams.  How many people plan to do something 'one day' only to discover that day never comes?

So, following my dream to live in a Mediterranean country, I moved to Barcelona, Spain with three suitcases, very little money and a wide-open mind. It was a tremendous challenge but it afforded me the opportunity for great personal growth.  It's turned out to be one of the best things I've ever done and I now have clients all over the world.  For a while I struggled though, and wish I'd known then how much easier it could have been with the help and support of a personal coach.

The healing journey back to my true self, combined with my multifaceted skills and life-coach training has enabled me to create a system for people who want to realize their dreams.  I offer you my personal and professional experience to help you achieve your dreams too. My journey has not been without its hardships, difficulties and dramas but I made it real - I made it happen - and so can you.  It's never too late!

In my work, I bring together many years of experience in Intuitive Counselling, Lifestyle Coaching, Public Speaking, Personal Image Building, Feng Shui, and Reiki (Master) and Reconnection (Level III) energy healing. I incorporate natural methods to access, shift and heal deep core issues that prevent people from moving forward.

All through my life I have practiced and studied the movement of subtle energy and have worked with voluntary groups and animal sanctuaries in UK and Spain. Having studied Tibetan Buddhism for many years, I now follow no formal religion - preferring to empower myself by connecting to my innate higher wisdom.

I paint, write stories and articles, and design interior and exterior spaces. I love art, music, nature, peace, companionship, animals, friends, family, and living in the sunshine between the mountains and the sea!  I put my roots down in Spain and now divide my time between Barcelona, Andaluca and London.  Bilingual, I am a self-taught writer: 'Living in Bright Shadows' is my first full-length novel and it is available from on-line bookstores.
